yle="font-weight: 800;">芬兰(Finland)国会在2014年以「109:90」票数通过同性婚姻的立法，而这项决议在今年3月1日正式生效。同性婚姻的支持者大肆庆祝，令人遗憾的是，政府却不断忽视部份反对者请愿抗议的声音。

上(2)月17日，芬兰5万人联署请愿、要求废止允许同性婚姻的法案。该请愿名为「真正的婚姻」(Genuine Marriage)，强调孩子必须在一个母亲和一个父亲的婚姻关係下抚养长大。儘管「芬兰人党」(Finns Party)和「基督教民主党」(Christian Democrats)不断努力，国会仍以「120:48」否决此案。

芬兰在1971年通过同性性行为除罪化，2002年通过性伴侣法。现在，芬兰成了最后一个通过同性婚姻法案的北欧国家。

瑞典和挪威在2009年通过同性婚姻法案，丹麦自1989年就设立同性伴侣法，是全球首个通过此法的国家。芬兰通过的法案，允许同性伴侣採用彼此的姓氏，也可合法领养小孩，解除塬本同性伴侣法的限制。除芬兰，中欧小国斯洛维尼亚(Slovenia)也在上(2)月通过法案，提供同性伴侣与异性婚姻几乎相同的权利，包括能共同领养小孩。

这些几乎都是有高比例信仰天主教或基督教的国家。瑞典40%左右人民信仰基督教，挪威与芬兰有约70%人口登记为「福音派路得教会」(Evangelical Lutheran Church)会友，斯洛维尼亚则是近58%人口信仰罗马天主教。也因此，同性婚姻在社会与教会之间，一直是相当棘手的议题。

在一般群众庆祝同性婚姻合法化的时刻，芬兰最主要的教会「芬兰福音派路得教会」(Evangelic Lutheran Church)也面临内部许多不同的声音－到底该坚持圣经真理，还是让教义跟随世代潮流做出改变？

过去这阵子，芬兰教会失去越来越多的会友。坚持「婚姻为一男一女结合」的保守派基督徒，不满教会摇摆不定的立场；崇尚自由主义的会友，又无法接受教会对同性婚姻的不接纳。事实上，登记在芬兰教会的会友于过去20年间不断下降，从拥有90%芬兰民众，跌到70%。

yle="font-weight: 800;">接下来，芬兰教会首要面对的，就是要不要、或者能不能替同性伴侣举行教会婚礼。该国各地方的教会在此议题上严重分歧，有许多牧师出面表示，自己会为同性伴侣证婚、也有不少主教明指此为错误行为。

「坦佩雷主教管区」(Diocese of Tampere)的神职人员麦帝‧雷波(Matti Repo)表示，自己没有在圣经上看到「同性伴侣可在教堂结婚」的根据。「当然…要尊重他们、包含他们的爱情，才能更多帮助他们。」芬兰「库奥皮奥市」(Kuopio)的主教杰里‧贾克南(Jari Jolkkonen)强调，yle="font-weight: 800;">「耶稣表明婚姻是一男一女的关係，」然无论如何，最重要的是要学习「用爱和尊重对待每一个人」。
